University Facilities

The Center for Library Resources and Educational Media looks after all information resources, including books, research publications, theses, journals, audiovisual and electronic media. Material not held in the library may be requested through interlibrary loan from other libraries within Thailand, or from overseas at a nominal fee. The library catalogue can be accessed online from terminals within the library, or from computer workstations through the campus network or the internet. All teaching staff and students enrolled at the university may use the Center's facilities without charge. During the term some items used in a course may be available for reference only, or restricted for borrowing. However, photocopies can by made on the library premises.

The Center for Computing Services (CCS) manages and maintains the computing resources on campus. Over 1000 personal computers and workstations are used in teaching, research and administration, all connected by a high speed fiber optic network. Full access is provided to email, the World Wide Web, departmental and divisional intranets and other on-line sources of services and information.

The Sports and Health Center provides modern facilities for a wide variety of indoor activities, such as aerobics, dance, fitness training, badminton, volleyball, basketball and takraw. Six tennis courts and a football field with running tracks provide for outdoor sports activities. The expansive campus also provides an ideal venue for recreational cycling and long distance running.

University Dormitories providing basic accommodation are available to all graduate students in single or twin rooms. The cost is B2700.- per room and per month. Bus transportation between the dormitories and the academic area is provided free of charge.

A variety of dormitories, apartments and houses catering to all levels of convenience and comfort are available in close vicinity of the university campus.

The Medical Station is located on the ground floor of the classroom building. The station is staffed by doctors and nurses and provides a wide range of general medical services during regular office hours. Moreover, several hospitals providing international standard medical services are located in the town of Nakhon Ratchasima.
